In 2024, we are excited to announce the 22nd annual Tats 4 Tots event, which will take place on Friday, December 6th, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Ultimate Arts Tattoo, located on Madison's East Side. We are proud to partner with 94.1 WJJO who will be broadcasting live throughout the event, as we once again join forces to collect toys for Toys for Tots.
We value the support of our sponsors immensely, and as a token of our appreciation, all sponsors will receive prominent promotional mentions during the event on 94.1 JJO. Additionally, sponsors will be featured in our social media posts and event announcements. The sooner we receive confirmation of your participation, the more promotional exposure we can provide.
We are seeking local businesses to contribute prizes for our annual Tats for Tots event, supporting the Toys for Tots drive. Rather than monetary sponsorships, we are looking for prize donations in various tiers to give away to our generous donors.
What We Need:
We’re asking for vouchers or coupons toward products or services. Examples include:
• BOGO offers
• Half-price deals
• Free services or items
These vouchers will be included in an envelope handed out to every person who donates a toy through our drive-up or walk-up stations. This is an excellent opportunity to get your business’s offer in the hands of everyone contributing to a great cause!
Prize Levels:
We also have a spinning wheel for walk-up donors with three prize tiers:
Level 1: Premium Prizes (These are the biggest prizes, which may include)
• Large tattoo vouchers (one valued at $3,000!)

For items to be included in envelopes: November 25th.
For physical items people can win from our prize wheel:December 2nd.
Envelope stuffing is on December 2nd (nothing can be added to the envelopes after)

Last year, we experienced an incredible outpouring of support, with more than 1,200 generous individuals donating over 17 pallets of toys. This event plays a pivotal role in the efforts to collect toys for the US Marines Toys for Tots in Dane County, as approximately 80% of the toys collected last year were gathered at this event. The significance of this event in helping local children in need cannot be overstated.
It's essential to highlight that every toy and dollar collected during the event goes directly to benefit these children. We operate with absolute transparency, ensuring that there are no overhead costs or administrative fees. For us, this is not about profit but rather a means of supporting the community.. We provide the event space and strive to create an atmosphere and put some excitement in giving.
All toys and funds donated during the event are promptly handed over to the dedicated US Marines, who take on the responsibility of distributing everything to those in need.
